It's a crowded market, good thing BugMuncher is awesome

There are literally hundreds of Feedback Widgets and Tabs available today, with large variations in both price and complexity. Here I'm going to outline some reasons why should choose BugMuncher over the competition.

Before BugMuncher came along, feedback widgets required users to try and describe their feedback, which didn't always turn out so well. BugMuncher was the first feedback tab to allow your users to easily create a highlighted screenshot to go with their feedback.
